I was admitted in Miriam Hospital, Providence, RI, on Saturday, April 11, 2015, with Influenza B, nagging coughing and thoracic pain, 8 on a scale of 1 to 9 . . . and 7 after the initial treatment.

The next day, a catholic chaplain asked me if I wanted a blessing, he administered the Anointing of the Sick, and I told him my mysticism and catholic blog.

“I came to cure you,” he said.  The pain dropped to 4, then 1, and I was discharged on Tuesday, April 14, 2015.
