I have just examined the video of October 6, 2019, and concentrated on the charts.

This is Technical Analysis 101 showing support and resistance lines. trend lines and price channels between trend lines.

The transportation chart is a good verification of the economy.  A declining line represents a decreasing in the transportation of goods — an economic contraction — while a climbing  line represents an increase in the transportation of goods — a growing economy.
