It is too long to keep the economy and the stock market under intensive care during four years.

The economy and the stock market follow a cycle of expansion and contraction, and the latter was due when President Donald Trump took office in January 2017.  I wonder why he did not allow the cycle to follow its regular course for one year instead of implementing monetary and fiscal policies.
