Punishment Is Inevitable for the sins of the world.

This will happen to so many people.

Then the permanent sign will appear which will be the third secret. The sign will be a beautiful, visible, and permanent mark on Apparition Hill. After the indestructible sign appears, there will be little time for conversion.

For that reason, Our Lady invites us to conversion of our hearts and reconciliation with God the Father as soon as possible. The permanent sign will lead to many healings and conversions before the difficult part of secrets become a reality.

The ninth and tenth secrets are serious. They concern chastisements for the sins of the world.

Punishment is inevitable, for we cannot expect the whole world to be converted. The punishment can be diminished by prayer and penance, but it cannot be eliminated.

That is why the Blessed Virgin continues to encourage prayer and fasting, She says, “You have forgotten that with prayer and fasting you can stop wars and suspend natural laws.”

Our Lady says man brings on his own difficulties because of pride, egoism and modernism which leads to sin, hatred and war.
