The following text is an extract of the Twenty Third Letter to the Filipinos:

The message indicates that The Warning and the Illumination of Conscience are near. Refer to the code on the Seal of Jacinta of Fatima ― 1972 ― does the code hint February 7, 2019?  My intuition suggests you should not consider such date a prophecy.  Anyhow, the message the Lord gave to Petrus Romanus prescribes Conversion, Penance and Prayer.

I have e-mailed to Petrus Romanus on June 21 and he replied on June 22 about the meaning of the code 1972.

Dear Mr. Costellia,

How is your family?  I hope for the dissipation of heavy dark clouds on your horizon.

I have intently read your message from the Lord of 6/17/17.  It includes the seal of Jacinta of Fatima with the date 1972.  It hints about the Warning, which I took to denote February, 7, 2019, and I believe the Lord gave you the exact date.

The Holy Spirit has asked me to pay special attention to the Warning and the Illumination of Conscience.  Should I hint to my blog readers about 1972 as the code of February 7, 2019?  Please advise me.

I’m writing an India Package to alert the population about the event and I keep writing letters to the Filipinos ― a Philippines Package ― to pave your way to The New Papal Seat.

Yes, the date of the Warning sounds correct.  By all means do write a blog on the subject of Jacinta 1972 as people need to know that events are near.
