This video helps to heal bitter memories diving deep into the emotions connected to the memories.

The video shows three ways to heal bitter memories to become an actualized person. You retrieve them from the memory bank, soothe them through introspection and store the improved memories in the memory bank.

The perception about the memories actualizes you, because the pattern you keep practicing and the way you feel the memories keeps improving. You keep soothing the memories and dissipating their emotional charges.  Forgiveness is a trigger to dissipate the power bitter memories had over you.  It is not only forgiving other persons who have done you wrong, but also forgiving your hardness toward yourself.  The emotional charge from any bitter memory can dissipate by forgiving other persons and yourself.

It is convenient to remove from your mind bitter memories. Living with them fills the soul with vain restlessness and useless bitterness. If someone humiliated and attacked you unjustly, the person made your humility and patience grow.  You have already confessed many serious sins and have asked God to forgive you. Do not keep reminding them.   Place the past in the hands of God and live joyful and optimistically the present.

  1. Kathy Mitchell says:

Excellent advice from all! And in the end, when we realize that God forgives us, WE can forgive others and ourselves which leads many to Christ! Forgiveness is the key in life and Christ knew it was important enough to sacrifice His life for it! He loved us that much.
