I am Portuguese American, born in the city of Horta, Azores. I went to the mainland to serve in the Portuguese Air Force and visited Fatima in the Summer of 1975. I incidentally met an American who befriended Sister Lucia and visited her in the monastery in Coimbra, Portugal. I never had any personal contact with Sister Lucia but wrote four packages in Inglish, Portuguese, Spanish and French, about the Fatima Apparitions.
