The video reminded me the book Man’s Search for Meaning by Viktor Frankl, a 20th century psychiatrist, Holocaust survivor and Logotherapy founder. He advocates striving to find a meaning in life is the primary driving force in humanity.
Salvation should be the primary meaning of life. “What profit would there be for one to gain the whole world and forfeit his life? Or what can one give in exchange for his life?” (Matthew 16:26)
Existential psychotherapy claims man realizes human existence through a deep examination of experiences. The psychotherapy is essential to make life choices and accept nefarious consequences such as anxiety, depression, and drug addiction.
